Excellent location, big clean rooms with kitchenette. Very helpful staff which in case of unclear situation with the flights (volcano in Iceland) were very flexible and made many inquires on the phone for us.

Large rooms, good breakfast, close to the metro station (around the corner), safe, parking space, everything is nearby (food, restaurants, shops)

It is not really a 4* hotel, the rooms look cheap, the showerhead was not fixed on the wall

The hotel was conveniently located near tourist sites, a subway stop, and multiple dining options. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of items, including scrambled eggs. the room was spacious and clean with a kitchenette, perfect for storing and reheating holiday leftovers.

The noise from the street and neighboring rooms was very audible, preventing a good night's rest. the room was uncomfortably warm at times despite adjusting the air conditioning.

The Apart Hotel is near of the principal interest points of the city. There are very good restaurants in the neighborhood.

The location is good. However being an apartment hotel, the fridge is a mini fridge and filled with the hotel's bottled drinks etc. Hence very little space to store our own stuff. There is no microwave nor electric oven nor electric kettle nor complimentary tea coffee sachets in the room. I would think that an electric kettle is basic. Staff ok . My son tried to extend for another night but was not able to cause it was full ,I guess. He requested to check out at 12 noon but was denied and had to check out at 10.00 am. He was having a fever and need the two hours before checking in at the beautiful Savoy Hotel just across the street. Overall its okay cause we leave early after breakfast and come back at night everyday. We had a comfortable stay.There is a small supermarket named Disco just around the corner. Very convenient.However definitely not 4 star, 3 star perhaps..

The breakfast area is a bit small. On one morning, a group of guests were quite upset as they need to wait for some time for a table. Other than that its ok but the hotel rooms looked worn because of the colours .

The view from the rooms is not particularly noteworthy.

The room is large and clean. When we encounter problems, the staff was quick to come and see to it.

The breakfast spread was not great. It can be improved.

We had a fantastic stay! The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport. The room was incredibly spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff, including the reception staff and porter, were pleasant and efficient. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and the additional trolley of drinks and snacks that added to our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs, being near the congreso area and providing easy access to public transport. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me, which was a nice touch. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the reception staff and porter being both pleasant and efficient. They made me feel welcome and attended to any requests I had promptly. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience here.
